Physical Requirements: • Requires frequent walking, bending, and climbing, lifting, handling, and moving boxes, furniture, equipment, and other materials weighing 50lbs., • Requires climbing stairs and working from a ladder up to 10 feet above the ground., • Require learning all aspects of position and able to fill in for other employees in their absence., • Must follow specific instructions and safety procedures, working to specific and non-specific routines., • Requires reading, writing, math, problem solving, and good oral communication skills., • Effectively communicate with supervisor and other staff members Essential Job Duties, • Dust all television monitors and television equipment, • Wipe and clean all glass doors and windows, • Vacuum and clean all amenity rooms which includes cleaning all counters, furniture, microwave, sinks and walls (where needed); arranging tables and chairs; emptying trash, • Collect/ Empty trash bins around the building, • Clean and disinfect dog park, • Dust, wipe and arrange furniture in lobby areas, water potted plants, • Sweep, dust, and vacuum lobby areas, dust mop and mop where needed, • Clean and polish floors as directed, • Vacuum all carpet and entry mats throughout the building, • Sweep and clean sky lanais, • Clean Elevator Tracks, • Sweep stairwells and wipe stairwell railings, • Sweep parking garage including guest stalls and common areas parking and assigned garage parking level, • Living Room - Vacuum, wipe tables, put away and arrange books, • Sweep the Loading Zone area, • Sweep building roofs, around the outside of the building and adjoining areas assigned, • Recreation Deck - Clean the barbeque grill, empty trash bin, and sweep around the deck, clean tables, and furniture, • Trash Chutes - wipe and polish trash chute doors and clean trash rooms, trash chute room and recycle room, • Vacuum Assigned Floors, wipe and clean fire extinguisher cases and hallway vents, • Extract water and clean carpeted areas, • Pressure wash parking garage, sidewalks and other areas as directed, • Disinfect all bathrooms - spray and wipe bowl and seat cover & sweep or mop the floor, • Polish metal doors, metal door handles and doorknobs, • Perform preventive maintenance tasks as directed

In this role, you will perform a wide range of home and business maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks. Responsibilities: - Perform carpentry repairs and installations, including doors, windows, trim, shelving, cabinetry, and drywall repair. - Complete general home maintenance tasks such as caulking, painting, tile and grout repair, weather stripping, and hardware installation. - Conduct fence and gate repairs, deck maintenance, and other minor exterior projects. - Assemble furniture, hang pictures, mirrors, shelves, and other fixtures. - Conduct routine home maintenance inspections and offer recommendations for preventive care. - Document work performed and communicate clearly with customers regarding project details. - Operate in compliance with Hawaii state handyman regulations, avoiding work that requires specialized licenses (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or any work requiring a C-class contractor license). - Follow all safety guidelines, Ace Handyman Services procedures, and local/state compliance requirements. - Look around property and communicate to customers things you could repair or things that our business can handle. - Take the time to earn the customers confidence and then inquire about additional work that could be performed. - Sometimes, we take the time to fix something small and then point it out to the customer to help them understand that we are capable of doing more. - Someone who is punctual and efficient, maintains the highest integrity and strives for top customer satisfaction. Requirements: - 3+ years of verifiable experience in residential or commercial handyman, carpentry, or maintenance work. - Knowledge of basic tools, materials, and repair techniques. - Strong customer service and communication skills. - Valid Hawaii drivers license with a clean driving record. - Ability to pass a background check in accordance with Hawaii state requirements. - Must comply with Hawaii Administrative Rules 16-77 and Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 444 Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working with a national home services brand. - Familiarity with digital work order systems or apps. - Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects.
