Job Description Express Employment Professionals is seeking a results-driven Recruiter with a passion for staffing and sales. In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for attracting and placing high-quality candidates in client-facing, revenue-generating roles across temporary, temp-to-perm, and contract assignments. You’ll manage the full candidate lifecycle, collaborate closely with Recruiting and Sales Leadership, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent in the Loudoun County market. Key Responsibilities • Partner with Sales Leaders and Branch Managers to understand client demand, target profiles, and market trends in Northern Virginia and the D.C. metro area., • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for temporary, temp-to-perm, evaluation hire, and direct hire roles., • Create compelling job postings and distribute them across job boards, social media, local networks, university programs, and industry groups., • Source candidates through proactive outreach, referrals, events, and networking to build a diverse and qualified talent pool., • Screen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews, and assess candidate skills, role fit, and cultural alignment., • Coordinate interview processes with client teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience., • Maintain accurate data, track recruiting metrics, and report progress to leadership., • Provide market insights on compensation trends, regional demand, and competitor activity; advise on pricing and staffing strategies., • Ensure compliance with Virginia labor laws and industry regulations, maintaining confidentiality and data security., • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in sales or temporary staffing, or a mix of staffing and corporate recruiting., • Proven success in placing candidates in sales-focused or client-facing roles., • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals); familiarity with local colleges, veterans’ networks, and community groups is a plus., • Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills., • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment focused on client service., • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities., • Understanding of temporary staffing pay structures, shift models, overtime rules, and local compliance., • Experience staffing for enterprise, mid-market, or high-growth clients in tech, healthcare, or professional services., • Talent Acquisition or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, ASA)., • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field., • Established network in the Northern Virginia business community., • Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans, • Paid time off and company holidays, • Training, onboarding, and ongoing professional development in staffing and sales, • Collaborative, high-energy team culture with a focus on work-life balance, • Opportunities for career growth, including paths to leadership rolesCompany DescriptionExpress Employment Professionals works with job seekers to help find the right job for their skills and experience.
