Under the guidance of the Director of Rooms, the Guest Experience Manager directs the operations of the Guest Experience and Bell/Door department. The Guest Experience Manager assures the guest experience is true to the SLS brand by fostering a team culture in which its members feel empowered to make decisions and take responsibility for their workload and professional development. Provide services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention. Accommodate general and unique requests. Interact with customers on a regular basis throughout the property to obtain feedback on quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction. Objetivo del puesto: Eres una pieza fundamental para nosotros ya que serás responsable de acompañar a nuestros/as huéspedes durante toda su estancia para que disfruten de una experiencia perfecta ¿Cuáles serán tus principales funciones? - Recibir a los/las huéspedes y realizar el tour de bienvenida y el rooming - Asignación y control de gestión de VIP - Realizar check-in y check-out siguiendo los estándares de la compañía - Seguimiento a huéspedes durante su estancia - Actualizar diariamente los programas internos y mantenimiento de los Profiles - Realizar el feedback final de huéspedes antes de su salida de SHA, así como su despedida - Manejar la caja y el efectivo así como control de apertura y cierre de caja - Realizar el cobro de facturas de los/las huéspedes - Realizar la llamada Post-Estancia de huéspedes - Centralizar la información de feedback entre clínica y hotel - Gestionar emails, correo y otras peticiones de huéspedes, incl. Transfers - Informar sobre los servicios y programas de salud/bienestar - Gestionar las quejas de huéspedes y comentarios relacionados con el departamento o generales cuando sea necesario para asegurar la máxima satisfacción de los/las huéspedes ¿Qué debes aportar? Deseable formación en Turismo Experiencia mínima de 1 año en puesto similar Alta orientación al huésped Valorable manejo de Excel y herramientas digitales (Navision) Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal tanto en español como en inglés (se realizará prueba de nivel – Mínimo C1) Muy valorable: árabe, alemán y/o francés

Under the guidance of the Director of People & Culture, the Training & Development Manager directs the training and development strategy of the hotel while supporting the People & Culture day-to-day tasks. The Training & Development Manager assures the hotel culture is true to the SLS brand by fostering a team culture in which its members feel empowered to make decisions and take responsibility for their workload and professional development. Job Description What you'll do Develop a strategic training plan that aligns with business goals and addresses skill gaps. Design and deliver impactful training programs to achieve organizational goals. Deliver an effective onboarding program to support the retention of new talent and encourage a smooth transition into the business. Conduct training needs analysis and develop the employee development plan. Set up on-the-job training system, handle placement and scheduling of trainees, monitor and supervise their performance. Manage the training budget effectively, ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising the quality of programs. Administer all training records, ensure efficient records keeping and filing system. Keep the culture of the hotel alive by embedding the SLS values, promoting a fair, safe and inclusive environment and leading initiatives that engage and empower the team. Support managers on employee relations and performance management cases. Work with the Director of People & Culture on European/Global projects and rollouts. Qualifications What we are looking for... +3 years experience in hospitality within hotels/restaurants with a similar position. Proven team leader with a high level of energy and motivation with a proven track record of living the company's values Proficient knowledge of computer systems such as: Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook is required Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high level attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
