Key Responsibilities: - Client Acquisition: Identify potential SMB clients through research and analysis. Develop strategies to engage them, understanding their business needs and how our services can meet those needs. - Solution Presentation: Tailor presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits of our AI Automation services, focusing on how they can improve business processes, enhance customer engagement, and increase efficiency. - Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are addressed promptly. - Market Analysis: Continuously analyze the market and competitor landscape to identify new opportunities and trends. Use this insight to refine sales strategies and approaches. - Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution. Keep detailed records of sales activities, including outreach, follow-ups, and closed deals. - Feedback Loop: Provide feedback from clients to our product development team to help tailor our offerings to better suit market needs.
