Your main responsibilities will include: Take food and drink orders from guests or servers Efficiently makes drinks according to high standards, or as specified/requested by the guests Record sales and take cash or card payments accurately Ensure the disposables are replenished, glassware and bar areas are kept very clean at all times Ensure tables, chairs and menus are clean and set up correctly at all times Ensure the daily and weekly cleaning duties are adhered to Have very good knowledge of all classics, and be able to learn drinks and cocktail specs quickly and proficiently Maintain an upbeat, positive and charismatic demeanour with all guests and staff Have pride in your appearance and adhere to the strict uniform policy. Skills and Experience: Bar/Floor Experience Advantageous Communication and people skills Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Previous Bar/Floor experience desired Self-motivated
