As the Registered Manager, you will lead our modern and spacious 5-bedroom home in central Walsall, dedicated to supporting three children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). You will have the opportunity to shape the home's culture, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations while fostering a nurturing and supportive environment. We are open to ambitious Deputy Managers ready to step up. If you bring solid hands-on experience in residential childcare and a passion for supporting vulnerable young people, we'll invest in your growth, providing tailored training and guide you through Ofsted registration.
