The Senior Order to Cash & Treasury Manager will lead the end-to-end accounts receivable, credit control, cash management, banking and after-sales functions across the Group. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for driving cash collection, improving working capital performance, managing customer credit risk, overseeing banking activities and delivering accurate cash receipts forecasting. The role will lead and develop teams across the UK and New Delhi, ensuring high standards of financial control, customer service and operational performance. The successful candidate will work closely with Commercial, Operations, IT and Finance teams across the UK and US to resolve issues, improve processes and deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience. The role will also have responsibility for identifying and implementing opportunities to improve efficiency, automation and controls across the credit control, treasury, banking and after-sales functions. The Senior Order to Cash & Treasury Manager will be responsible for leading the Group’s accounts receivable, credit control, treasury, banking, cash management and after-sales functions, ensuring strong financial control, effective cash collection and a high standard of customer service. • Lead and develop the Credit Control and Accounts Receivable team, setting clear objectives, KPIs and service standards to improve cash collection, reduce aged debt and strengthen working capital performance., • Manage customer credit risk, including credit approvals, credit limits, payment terms, overdue account escalation and appropriate recovery action., • Oversee day-to-day treasury, banking and cash management activities, including cash visibility, bank reconciliations, cash receipts forecasting, banking relationships and controls over mandates, approvals and online access., • Ensure customer queries, claims and after-sales issues are resolved effectively, working with Commercial, Operations, IT and Finance teams across the UK, US and New Delhi to remove blockers and improve service levels., • Identify and address recurring issues that affect cash collection, customer satisfaction, profitability or operational performance, ensuring root causes are resolved with relevant stakeholders., • Drive process improvement, standardisation, automation and stronger controls across credit control, accounts receivable, treasury, banking and after-sales activities, supported by appropriate reporting, dashboards and documented procedures. The successful candidate will be expected to drive measurable improvements across: • Debtor days, aged debt and overdue customer balances, • Cash collection performance and cash receipts forecast accuracy, • Customer credit risk, account reconciliation and cash allocation, • Banking, treasury and cash management controls, • Customer query, claim resolution and after-sales service levels, • Team productivity, process efficiency, automation and customer satisfaction, • Proven experience leading Credit Control / Accounts Receivable, improving cash collection, reducing aged debt and strengthening working capital performance., • Strong knowledge of credit risk, customer account management, cash receipts forecasting, banking, cash management, reconciliations and financial controls., • Track record of process improvement, operational efficiency, automation and KPI-led performance management., • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and commercial judgement, with a customer-focused approach., • Advanced Excel skills, strong ERP knowledge and analytical problem-solving capability., • Experience managing offshore or geographically dispersed teams, treasury activity, wider transactional finance, international banking or finance automation projects., • Experience in manufacturing, retail, distribution or FMCG, and a relevant finance or treasury qualification., • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Navision experience The successful candidate will be: • A confident, hands-on and commercially minded finance leader who delivers measurable results., • Highly organised, analytical and detail-focused, with strong financial discipline and judgement., • A clear communicator who works effectively across teams, locations and cultures., • Proactive and improvement-focused, able to balance strategic change with hands-on operational delivery.
