About the Role We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Manager to join our dynamic team at SM92. As an end-to-end digital marketing agency with a growing presence in the USA, operating across specific niche markets, we specialise in generating high-quality marketing campaigns across multiple sectors. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our creative, SEO, PPC & Meta Ad Buyers and Sales teams to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for our client base. You'll be responsible for onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth and successful transition into the agency and its services, as well as nurturing existing relationships. Account Manager: • Collaborate with SEO, creative, PPC & Meta ad buyers and the sales team to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for new and existing clients., • Own the client onboarding and delivery process, ensuring a smooth transition into our services and exceeding expectations., • Update and brief all stakeholders about client’s needs and expectations., • Serve as the primary contact, building strong, long-lasting client relationships., • Act as a support and buffer between the team and our clients., • Manage and analyse client data to ensure campaign effectiveness and ROI for our clients., • Identify and explore new business opportunities to contribute to agency growth., • Offer insights and upsell to clients where services are successful and underutilised., • Communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external stakeholders, keeping everyone informed of progress on clients., • Offer training and insights to other employees, especially regarding insights into performance, concerns and trends with clients. To be successful, you'll possess: • Proven experience as a Senior Account Executive, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or a similar role., • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, with a focus on lead generation – healthcare client experience a bonus, but not essential., • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills., • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Monday.com, or HubSpot) and MS Office Suite (especially Excel)., • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail, preferably with Monday experience., • A collaborative mindset with a passion for exceeding client expectations and supporting agency growth.
