Who We're Looking For: HVAC experience is not essential but would be beneficial, full training will be provided. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, willingness to learn, and an interest in technical problem solving. Essential Skills & Qualities: Enthusiastic, motivated, and keen to build a long-term career. Confident communicating with customers and colleagues. Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach. Good numeracy and an ability to understand basic technical concepts. Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Willingness to learn new software and engineering principles. Able to work independently once trained and contribute to a supportive team environment. Desirable (but not essential): Any exposure to engineering, HVAC, building services, construction, or technical sales. Experience with AutoCAD or technical drawings. A relevant qualification (engineering, construction, physics, maths, or similar). Experience using CRM systems.
