Job Purpose: This is a permanent role based at our offices in Aberdeen. To deliver effective training and support for Slingshot users through one-to-one sessions, small group classroom training, and in-field engagement. The Trainer will play a key role in enabling users to confidently use Slingshot systems, while also identifying and addressing pinch points and emerging needs across the business. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver in-person training to individuals and small groups across the organisation., • Design and adapt training materials to suit different user needs and learning styles., • Assist in the creation and maintenance of user guides and training documentation., • Engage with teams across the business to understand operational challenges and provide tailored support., • Act as a field resource to observe usage, identify issues, and offer real-time guidance., • Support users during system rollouts and updates, including User Acceptance Testing phases., • Provide feedback to the Digital & IT team on recurring issues or opportunities for system improvement. Skills & Qualifications: Essential: • Experience delivering training in a technical or software environment., • Strong interpersonal and communication skills., • Ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences., • Proficiency in preparing training materials and documentation., • Familiarity with enterprise systems., • Experience in field support or user engagement roles., • Understanding of SQL or basic database concepts. Work Environment/Conditions: • Office: Corporate headquarters, Albyn Place., • On-site engagement across business locations in Aberdeen including Dyce, Nord Centre, St Magnus House, • Travel to other UK business locations including Hull, • Full-Time: 37.5-hours per week.
