Job Title: HR Advisor / Junior HR Business Partner (Fixed Term – 4 Months) Location: On site in Sheffield S13 9WH Contract Type: Fixed‑Term Contract – 4 months About the Role We are seeking a Junior HR Business Partner / HR Advisor to join our HR team on a 4‑month fixed‑term basis, supporting managers with day‑to‑day people matters during a busy period. This role is ideal for an HR professional with solid advisory experience who can quickly build relationships, provide practical HR guidance, and support consultation activity, with guidance from senior HR colleagues where required. What your impact will be: Consultation & Change Support • Support HRBPs with consultation and change activity during the contract period, • Arrange meetings, prepare documentation and support managers through the process, • Track actions, timelines and outcomes to ensure compliance What you'll need to succeed: Experience • Previous experience in an HR Advisor, HR Officer or Junior HRBP role, • Experience supporting Employment Relations cases and Human Resources processes, • Strong Excel experience, including data tracking, reporting and analysis, • Exposure to consultation, change activity or busy operational environments is beneficial Skills & Behaviours • Confident, professional and able to hit the ground running, • Practical, organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities, • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, • Discreet, fair and values‑driven Qualifications • CIPD Level 3 or working towards Level 5 (or equivalent experience) Why Join Us • Opportunity to gain hands‑on HR Business Partnering exposure, • Short‑term role with meaningful impact, • Support from an experienced HR team, • Competitive pay About JELD-WEN JELD-WEN, founded in 1960, is a leading global manufacturer of doors and windows, headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina with over 18,000 employees worldwide.
