The Role We now have the opportunity for a further Support Worker to join the established care team providing an attentive and high standard of care to ensure Jasmine is able to continue enjoying her interests and hobbies and ideally who will be creative in thinking of new places to visit or activities which Jasmine may enjoy. Candidates must have a strong understanding of the need to support Jasmine’s emotional wellbeing as well as attending to her physical needs.
