About the Job As a Front of House Assistant , you will make sure our guests receive a warm and welcoming experience from arrival to departure. Your responsibilities will include: • Welcoming guests and supporting check ins and check outs • Handling bookings, payments and guest requests • Welcoming guests and helping in our F&B areas • Delivering food and drinks and keeping the space clean and inviting • Handling guest issues with a positive and solution focused approach • Supporting events and activations • Working flexibly across the hotel and supporting your colleagues • Following hotel, health and safety and brand standards What We're Looking For • Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred • Friendly, confident and professional communication • Good attention to detail and the ability to multitask • A positive, can do attitude and willingness to use your initiative • Comfortable working as part of a team • Confidence using IT systems Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is warm, proactive and genuinely enjoys creating great experiences for people .

Job Duties Assistant Chief Engineer in supporting our Chief Engineer to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the maintenance and engineering department.
