Enterprise Account Executive - Data & Analytics Consulting (UK/EMEA) (Fully Remote, must be local enough to London) HD Tech are partnering with a leading data and analytics consultancy who are hiring an experienced Enterprise Account Executive, to drive new consulting revenue across UK and EMEA mid-market and enterprise clients. This is a senior, quota-carrying, full-cycle role focused on new logo acquisition and expansion, selling complex data, analytics, and AI services to multiple stakeholders (IT, Data, and Business leadership). You will partner closely with a high-performing team of consultants and solutions specialists to sell outcomes and services, not just products across industries including financial services, retail, and manufacturing. What You'll Do • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across mid-market and enterprise accounts, • Build and manage a strong pipeline to consistently achieve an annual quota, • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including C-level and VP decision-makers, • Develop trusted relationships by understanding business goals and positioning relevant service offerings, • Collaborate with consulting and solutions teams to shape proposals and deliver differentiated solutions, • Negotiate commercials and manage procurement/legal processes through signature, • Represent the business at industry events and through targeted outreach, • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, forecasting, and account plans (Salesforce) Minimum Requirements • 7+ years B2B sales experience in SaaS, technology, or consulting services, • 3+ years in a quota-carrying Account Executive role (not SDR/BDR), • Proven history of meeting or exceeding quota, • Track record closing £50k-£100k+ ACV or services engagements, • Experience selling into mid-market/enterprise with complex decision processes Preferred Experience • Data/analytics/BI/cloud services sales exposure, • Familiarity with Salesforce and modern data platforms, • Background in consultancy or professional services environments Skills & Attributes • Consultative, outcome-led selling approach with strong communication skills, • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value, • Strong ownership: diagnose problems, align stakeholders, and drive execution, • Pipeline discipline and accurate forecasting, • High attention to detail, resilience, and collaborative working style Compensation & Benefits • £80,000-£155,000 OTE, depending on experience and performance (uncapped variable), • Supportive, collaborative culture with strong learning and growth focus, • Vendor training, certifications, and industry event access, • Opportunity to work with enterprise clients on transformational data and AI programmes, • Commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace
