We operate a small portfolio of high-end boutique accommodation in the Chessington area and are looking for a hands-on Operations & Lead Housekeeper to take full ownership of day-to-day operations. This role includes cleaning, laundry, ironing, basic maintenance, weekend work, and occasional out-of-hours guest communication. There is a base salary of £16,200 (£1350 per month) and then a share of revenue (also paid monthly). About the Role Pay + Contract 🤑 This is a 48h/wk full time contract that requires a mix of opens/closes over 5 days a week. This usually works as 45 hours on shift on the rota and a flexible 3 hours of admin. Whilst you write your own rota, we'll need you to lead from the front and have a presence over all operating hours. The pay is a mix of basic, service charge and annual bonus.
