About Connect Me At Connect Me Car Finance, we help customers secure car finance when traditional lenders have been unable to support them. Many of the people we work with have experienced financial setbacks in the past. Our role is to guide them through a structured, supportive process that helps them get back on the road while rebuilding trust with lenders over time. Our advisers work with customers who have already applied and received an approval from a specialist lender. From there, we help them understand their finance options, structure an affordable monthly payment, and guide them through the process of securing the right vehicle. This is consultative sales, not high-pressure telesales. The Opportunity We are growing our remote sales team and are looking for advisers who enjoy helping customers make informed financial decisions. In this role you will speak with customers who have already applied for car finance and received an approval. Your job is to guide them through the next stage of the journey and help them move forward with confidence. Our best advisers succeed because they: • explain things clearly, • build trust quickly, • guide customers through a structured process, • focus on long-term outcomes rather than short-term pressure What You'll Be Doing • Speaking with customers who have already applied for car finance, • Explaining their approval and available budget clearly, • Helping customers identify vehicles that fit their monthly payment, • Guiding customers through the finance process step-by-step, • Following up with customers to maintain progress toward completion, • Providing reassurance and clarity for customers who may be nervous about finance, • Ensuring conversations are fair, transparent and compliant Who Thrives in This Role We find this role suits professionals who enjoy structured, customer-focused sales. Skills & Experience We are looking for people who demonstrate: • Excellent communication and listening skills, • Calm, confident telephone manner, • Ability to explain financial concepts clearly, • Strong organisation and follow-up discipline, • Empathy and emotional intelligence, • Professional integrity and compliance awareness, • Ability to work independently in a remote environment Previous experience in finance or regulated environments is beneficial but not essential.
