Job Description – School Administrator Skills and Qualifications Knowledge, skills and experience: • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written., • Good level of literacy and numeracy (minimum GCSEs above 4/C, to include English and Maths, or equivalent)., • Demonstrable experience in an administrative role, preferably in a school or care environment., • Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) and ability to use databases., • Organised, with good time management and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks with good task switching skills., • High levels of interpersonal ability; able to work as part of a team and independently., • Discreet, confidential, and reliable.
