Were looking for a People Systems Analyst to play a key role in maintaining, optimising, and enhancing the Workday platform across People and Payroll functions. What youll be doing As People Systems Analyst, youll be the go-to expert for Workday configuration, support, and continuous improvement. Oracle HCM and Payroll Analyst (Oracle HCM) Permanent Birmingham Based Hybrid Working Model £35-37,000 An established organisation is looking for a Payroll Analyst to join its Business Systems team supporting a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP environment. This role will focus on the ongoing support, optimisation, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll modules, while also supporting quarterly releases, testing cycles, and system enhancements. Youll work closely with HR, Payroll, IT teams, and support partners to ensure the platform continues to operate effectively and evolves with business requirements.
