Position Overview This isnt just another kitchen role its your chance to take the lead. As our Head Pizza Chef, youll be at the heart of the operation: leading the kitchen, setting standards, developing menus, and building a team that delivers consistently excellent food at pace. Youll bring both creativity and structure, ensuring every service runs smoothly while keeping quality front and centre. Key Responsibilities Menu Development: Develop and execute our core menu while creating seasonal specials that keep things fresh and exciting. Stay ahead of trends and bring new ideas to the table. Food Preparation & Presentation: Deliver consistently high-quality dishes with attention to detail and pride in every plate. Quality Control: Maintain exceptional standards across taste, consistency, and presentation. Kitchen Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including ordering, stock control, and maintaining a clean, organised workspace. Staff Supervision & Training: Recruit, train, and lead your team creating a positive, high-performing kitchen culture. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure full adherence to food safety and health & safety regulations at all times. Cost Control: Manage food costs, reduce waste, and contribute to strong financial performance. Collaboration: Work closely with management on events, specials, and new ideas. Customer Engagement: Occasionally step out to connect with guests, gather feedback, and represent the brand.
