This will include but is not limited to: - Managing personal calendar/timetables - Reviewing and arranging templates for documents - Managing emails/communications (screen them, respond to them based on instruction, etc) - Providing effective summaries of these communications or information - and other ad hoc tasks. We need someone with excellent organisational skills, clear and proficient Writing & Speaking communication skills (for fast handle/turnaround of emails & calls with different stakeholders) and excellent English. Research skills would be desirable, with the ability to summarize large amounts of information in short essential lines to report to the MD.
