Job Summary: As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Presales Consultant to accelerate the development and expansion of our ServiceNow portfolio, with a specific focus on IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Service Operations. This key role will be responsible for leading and coordinating critical business development functions: This key appointment will be responsible for leading three strategic business development functions: Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Approach: • Collaborate with key stakeholders, sales teams, and ServiceNow specialists to define and lead the GTM strategy targeting the ITOM, ITSM, and Service Operations market segments., • Develop and articulate service portfolios, including advisory services, service packages, innovations, and value propositions aligned with customer needs. Pre-Sales Support and Service Design: • Partner closely with sales functions and ServiceNow experts to manage and coordinate all presales activities., • Oversee the preparation and delivery of presales support, including RFP responses, proposal creation, service design, estimates, client engagement, and presentations. Advisory Services Development: • Design and deliver a portfolio of advisory services aimed at optimizing IT operations, validating roadmaps, and supporting implementation strategies., • Drive new revenue streams through advisory services offerings in alignment with customer success frameworks. Required Skills/Abilities: • Lead and define the ServiceNow GTM strategy, service portfolio, and advisory offerings in collaboration with key stakeholders., • Support marketing and sales teams by providing digital content, thought leadership, campaign support, and customer advocacy development., • Contribute to competitor analysis and develop winning strategies for sales engagements., • Prepare high-quality RFP responses, compelling proposals, and innovative service designs., • Engage with clients to understand requirements, present solution approaches, and deliver client presentations throughout the sales lifecycle., • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth service implementation and transition., • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, delivery centers, and the broader ServiceNow community. Skills & Competencies – Core Skills & Competencies: • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Service Management (ITSM)., • Experience in Service Introduction, Delivery Management, and Service Management., • Proficiency in service design approaches, infrastructure, and delivery models., • Familiarity with global delivery models (onshore, near-shore, offshore) and managing service quality, risks, and knowledge. Soft Skills: • Excellent presales skills with the ability to facilitate workshops, presentations, and design thinking sessions., • Proven ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate at all levels within customer organizations., • Strong commercial acumen and value-based selling approach leveraging NTT DATA assets and solutions., • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently in a dynamic and challenging environment.
