Studios Leavesden is looking for a confident and organised Assistant Lead Electrician to help lead the charge in maintaining, modifying, and installing electrical systems across our iconic studio site. In this hands-on role, you’ll support the Lead Electrician in managing a skilled team of electricians and coordinating subcontractors who maintain critical WB assets. You’ll be the go-to person for monitoring productivity and ensuring safe working practices are upheld across the board. You’ll play a key part in organising workflows, coaching team members, resolving issues, and acting as a vital link between cross-functional teams and management. You’ll also assist with general maintenance tasks or delegate them to in-house teams or contractors.
