Our camps are scheduled during the following periods: • February Half Term (one week), • Easter/Spring Holidays (two weeks), • May Half Term (one week), • Summer (six weeks), • October Half Term (one week), • Christmas/Winter Holidays (2/3 days to one week, depending on school closure) The manger's day starts at 8am to welcome early drop offs (if there are any) until 5.45pm if late pick ups are booked. You can choose to work as many or as few of these camps as you like, for example, one week at Easter and two weeks over the summer holidays. Your Role: • Manage camp arrivals and ensure all pupils are accounted for. You will receive a register with all the relevant information, • Check lunch boxes to ensure they are nut-free and make emergency sandwiches if needed (we sometimes get peanut butter sandwiches or pesto pasta or our pupils sometimes drop their lunches, so we keep emergency groceries.), • Oversee classroom welfare and the smooth operation., • Supervise playtime to ensure safe play., • Coordinate assistants and ensure they follow protocols, including fire drills., • Optional (and paid better), run science classes with provided training., • Manage pick-ups to ensure each child leaves with the correct guardian., • Oversee early drop-offs and late pick-ups for working parents., • Help set up the camp, usually on the Friday or Saturday before start Our Role: • Provide extensive training. You'll be invited to join a camp to learn our operations before managing one yourself., • Offer a camp bonus on top of your pay for each camp., • Provide a loyalty bonus for managing multiple camps and contributing ideas and enthusiasm.

I have the entire concept laid out, I know what I want the organism to be and do, I just need a science mind to help solidify the chemical attributes, to write out and explain what the organism is made up of, in a way that makes sense (Is it silicon-cabron based, for instance? People keep telling me it should be but I don't know what the hell that means — help!) Obviously, this is fiction and does not all of have to be based in fact, but it has to sound plausible, and most importantly believable to the audience. If you are not a biologist or biochemist but have expertise, please still apply! If you're based in or around London, it would be great to meet and discuss. Otherwise a call/zoom is fine. Duties and responsibilities: · Oversee day-today running of the office, ensuring a safe, organised, and efficient working environment. · Manage office supplies, equipment and maintenance contracts. · Raise and process purchase orders, supplier invoices, and delivery notes. · Assist with cost tracking, petty cash, expenses, and month-end reporting. · Serve as key point of contact for clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. · Coordinate office schedules, staff calendars, meeting rooms, and travel arrangements. · Develop and implement systems to support operational productivity. · Maintain training logs for site operatives. · Provide administrative support to directors. · Supervise administrative staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. · Identify areas for improving workflow efficiency and administrative processes. · Draft emails, letters, and formal documentation on behalf of management. · Ensure adherence to GDPR, data security, health & safety, and company compliance standards. Skills/Qualifications/Experience: • Proven experience as an Office Manager, • Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management abilities., • Experience managing budgets, procurement, and supplier relationships., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Understanding of health & safety, GDPR, and workplace compliance requirements., • Relevant master or bachelor degree.
