New MCN is building the next wave of TikTok content channels across beauty, fashion, home, FMCG and more. Think Sheerluxe meets TikTok Shop. These are brand-owned channels, but the content feels creator-led. Our mission is to become the leading super-affiliate in Western markets, creating high-performing TikTok Shop content at scale and working directly with the most viral brands on the platform. We produce a mix of content formats, tailored to each channel and category. This includes product reviews, native selling content, storytelling, and trend-led videos. What works, we scale. What doesn’t, we kill quickly. Over the next 12 months, we’re expanding aggressively across the UK and US, launching multiple content channels focused on promoting best-selling products across multiple categories. About the role We’re hiring an In-House Content Creator to support our growing TikTok content operation. This role will start part-time, with the intention to move full-time as channels and output scale. You’ll be hands-on creating TikTok content daily, both on camera and behind the camera, helping us test products, formats, hooks, and trends across multiple categories. This is a practical, creative role for someone who enjoys experimenting, filming, editing, and learning what actually converts on TikTok.
