The mission of this role is to manage and develop the sales team to ensure each sales territory delivers year-on-year growth in revenue and profitability, in line with targets set by the Board. Key Responsibilities • Providing leadership, management, and accountability for a team of 18 employees, • Driving daily sales activity and ensuring the achievement of revenue and profit targets, • Motivating and inspiring the sales team through positive leadership and short-term incentives, • Monitoring individual and team productivity to maximise performance, • Leading recruitment, training, and development initiatives to strengthen team capability, • Conducting regular performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring to support professional growth, • Fostering a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive work environment aligned with company values, • Providing weekly reports on performance, action items, and strategic initiatives to senior management, • Developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, • Building a high-performance, results-driven culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement, • Reporting directly to the Managing Director and Board on performance, market opportunities, and risks About You • Proven experience leading and developing large sales teams, delivering sustained revenue and profit growth, • A strong leadership style with a track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams, • End-to-end sales management expertise and a history of commercial success, • The ability to translate company objectives into actionable sales and marketing strategies, • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, CRM systems, and data-driven decision-making, • Empathy and relationship-building capabilities, alongside the confidence to hold others accountable, • A results-driven, innovative, and forward-thinking mindset If you are a dynamic sales leader with a passion for driving growth and developing high-performing teams, we would love to hear from you
