As a Waiter / Waitress, you’ll be at the forefront of the guest experience—delivering warm, knowledgeable service, guiding guests through the menu, and helping create memorable moments from arrival to last drink. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional table service throughout the guest journey., • Take food and drink orders accurately and confidently, with strong menu and product knowledge., • Offer recommendations and upsell where appropriate to enhance the guest experience., • Serve food and drinks with care, ensuring correct presentation and timing., • Build genuine rapport with guests, anticipating needs and responding quickly., • Maintain clear communication with the kitchen, bar, and floor team to ensure smooth service., • Handle payments accurately and efficiently., • Maintain clean, organised sections and service stations during and after service., • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times., • Support the wider team during busy services to keep standards consistently high. What We’re Looking For • Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment is preferred., • Confident, personable, and guest-focused with a natural flair for hospitality., • Calm, organised, and efficient under pressure., • Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset., • Attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent service., • A positive, can-do attitude and genuine passion for food, drink, and hospitality., • Interest in lifestyle-led venues and Shoreditch’s creative, late-night scene. Role Overview: We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Lighting Technician to operate and control our in-house lighting system during club nights and events. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in lighting, music, and live events, with full training provided.
