This is a high-trust, high-impact environment with plenty of space to bring ideas, challenge processes, and close meaningful business. About the Role: • This is not your average software sales gig. You'll be focused on targeted, account-based selling into organisations where relationship-building, consultative listening, and stakeholder nuance all matter., • Own and grow your territory, mapping prospects, generating outbound leads, and managing the full sales cycle., • Collaborate with Marketing to drive top-of-funnel activity and outreach campaigns., • Engage with senior stakeholders across multiple departments, this isn’t just a tech sell, it’s a solution-led, value-based conversation., • Qualify and consult deeply – understanding pain points, influencing decision-making, and guiding clients through complex buying cycles., • Draft proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and navigate procurement frameworks confidently., • Help the business refine and scale its sales approach as they grow — your voice will count here. About You: • You’re a driven, curious, and commercially switched-on sales pro — ideally with 3–6years of SaaS sales experience under your belt., • You’ve sold into public sector or regulated environments (financial services is preferred) and understand the nuances of stakeholder-heavy deals., • You’re confident running outbound sales motions and can generate your own leads as well as work warm ones., • Consultative is your style, you don’t just pitch, you listen, diagnose, and solve., • Strong communicator across phone, email, LinkedIn and in-person — able to multi-thread and manage complex accounts., • Ambitious, but not cutthroat, this is a collaborative, supportive team that celebrates shared wins.
