What You'll Be Doing As a Quality Auditor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our services meet and exceed internal standards and regulatory requirements (CQC and CIW). You’ll independently audit branches and services, identify areas for improvement, and help embed a culture of quality across the organisation. You’ll also collaborate with our Quality Business Partners, Branch Managers, and operational leaders to drive best practice and continuous improvement that directly benefits our customers and carers. In this busy and varied role, you’ll provide day-to-day HR and recruitment administration support, ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date across our HR/Payroll systems. You will assist with new starters, contractual changes, absence management and reporting, while supporting wider HR projects such as annual pay awards and employee benefits.
