The Position This is a hands-on technical position for someone who enjoys technology, troubleshooting, working with users, and learning new systems. The Level 1 Technician will be part of our Help Desk and technical support team, providing remote and on-site assistance to our clients while working alongside experienced Level 2 and senior engineers.
