Job DescriptionLocation: Houston, TX Salary: $40.00- $48.00/ HR NEW GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY Relocation Assistance Available (exclusions apply) Job Description: As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will work closely with families, caregivers, and a team of therapists to assess, design, and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring the highest level of care and positive outcomes.Qualifications: • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, • Prior experience in behavior analysis, particularly in clinical or home-based settings, preferred, • Experience with assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, FBA) and treatment planning, • Conduct assessments (e.g., Functional Behavior Assessments, Skill Acquisition Assessments), • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment data, • Provide direct supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), • Train and mentor RBTs and other staff members, • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent care, • Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and state regulations, • Participate in ongoing professional development and attend team meetings To apply, send your resume to: For questions, contact us at: (281)-769-8184
