Major western PA tourist destination May-Sept. We are looking for a dedicated, reliable operations manager to handle all daily supervision and direction of team. Lodging package available. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager at Red Roof Plus Suites located in Erie, PA. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the property to ensure efficient service delivery, manage staff, maintain facilities, and uphold operational standards. Responsibilities include supervising team performance, hiring and training staff, handling all reviews, questions, emails, and guest resolution issues, processing paperwork, invoices, and payroll items to send to upper management, ordering and inventories, ensuring total cleanliness through room and public area inspections and supervision, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations, handling guest concerns, and coordinating with vendors and suppliers to maintain smooth operations. Qualifications • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills, • Operational planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail, • Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis, • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and customer service best practices, • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest relations effectively, • Proficiency in using operations management software and tools, • Bachelor's degree in business administration, hotel management, or a related field is preferred, • Previous experience in hotel or hospitality management is highly beneficial Requirements added by the job poster • Accept a background check, • Authorized to work in the United States, • Accept a drug test
