Position Overview We’re seeking an energetic, self-guided Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and cultivate exceptional guest experiences. This role blends retail management, hospitality, and beverage service—perfect for a leader who thrives in a collaborative, start-up environment and is excited to shape the future of our store. Key Responsibilities • Lead and supervise all store activities: guest service, merchandising, inventory control, and in-store beverage service., • Own store performance: sales growth, product mix, pricing, and merchandising strategies to maximize revenue., • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a motivated, customer-focused team; foster a positive culture and continuous improvement., • Manage payroll, bookkeeping, cash handling, POS operations, scheduling, and store budgets with accuracy and accountability., • Oversee inventory processes: ordering, purchasing, stock replenishment, and regular audits; analyze sales and inventory data to inform purchasing and merchandising., • Create and promote seasonal mocktails, product pairings, and attractive in-store displays; support events, pop-ups, and community collaborations., • Serve as primary guest relations lead—handle inquiries and feedback with professionalism and excellent phone/communication skills., • Maintain organized records of sales reports, incident logs, employee documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards., • Contribute to marketing, creative strategy, and community engagement initiatives. Qualifications • Proven management experience in retail, hospitality, or beverage service; assistant manager experience strongly valued., • Demonstrated skills in sales management, team supervision, inventory control, purchasing, payroll, and cash handling., • Comfortable with POS systems and retail math; experience in grocery or similar operations is a plus., • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities; attention to detail in administrative tasks., • Initiative-driven self-starter with excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills., • Passion for the alcohol-free movement, wellness, and community building; creative eye for merchandising and guest experience., • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
