We specialize in installing, maintaining, and restoring commercial coffee and tea systems—and we’re looking for a field technician to own results in a defined territory. Imagine This Morning: You review your route, load the parts you’ll need, and head to a café to swap a brewer and complete a preventative maintenance check. Afternoon: An urgent call comes in—an account’s dispenser is down before the rush. You respond quickly, diagnose with your test meter, repair the unit, close the call with complete documentation, and capture the customer’s signature. Before you finish, you relay feedback to the team and prep for tomorrow’s install. Role Essentials • Install, service, repair, and remove commercial beverage dispensing equipment across your assigned geography., • Handle scheduled PMs, site surveys, and full installations, plus unscheduled and emergency calls., • Participate in the after-hours and weekend on-call rotation., • Maintain van stock and spare parts in line with replenishment guidelines., • Accurately document all work: call closure, detailed service notes, complete invoices, and customer sign-off., • Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and execution of equipment installations., • Communicate promptly and clearly; escalate customer feedback to management and partner teams., • Meet service-level agreements and prioritize tasks effectively.When & Where You’ll Work, • Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., • On-call required, including weekends, • Driving typically within ~100 miles of the branch; regional travel may be necessaryWhat You’ll Need to SucceedEducation & Experience, • High school diploma or equivalent, • At least 3 years of mechanical/technical experience, • Foodservice experience preferred, • Exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and proficiency using test meters preferred, • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, • Willingness to travel within a 100+ mile radius, • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities, • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs frequently, • Capable of managing both scheduled and unscheduled work: emergency calls, PMs, surveys, and installsMindset & Soft Skills, • Clear written and verbal communicator with excellent customer service, • Committed to business goals; quick to spot issues and opportunities, • Applies new knowledge quickly; aware of how actions affect others, • Active listener; comfortable engaging with customers and management, • Proactively identifies opportunities to help grow the business, • Builds rapport and cooperative relationships with customers, • Sound judgment and confident decision-making, • Independent, self-motivated, and collaborative when needed
