Job Description About the Role This is more than a front desk position — you’ll be the owner’s right hand, trusted with administrative, scheduling, and client-facing responsibilities. You'll manage day-to-day operations, handle communications, and ensure the office runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities • Greet clients and visitors, manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism and warmth, • Maintain the owner's calendar — scheduling appointments, client meetings, and deadlines, • Organize files and records, both digital and paper (experience with tax docs a plus), • Coordinate with clients for document requests, follow-ups, and appointment confirmations, • Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks or workflow tracking (QuickBooks experience helpful), • Support special projects and office initiatives, • 4+ years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or front office role, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you’re the first impression, • Tech-savvy: comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, and learning new tools, • Organized, detail-oriented, and a natural multi-tasker, • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information, • Experience in a CPA, legal, or financial services office, • Work directly with a seasoned CPA and learn from the best, • Play a central role in a stable and respected firm, • Growth opportunities based on performance, • Supportive, small team environment where your input mattersCompany DescriptionWe are a growing, client-focused CPA firm known for personalized service, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.
