Currently, we are looking for a full-time Property Administrative Assistant / Assistant Bookkeeper. Our client, a 72-year-old family-owned commercial property management and development company, is seeking dedicated, flexible, self-starting and high caliber employee to support our organization's core mission of transforming the Valley into a thriving place to live, work and play. Your specific duties will include: • Tenant & Vendor Relations, • Administrative & Property Operations, • Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Support, • Bookkeeping & Financial Support, • Team & Operational Support Required qualifications for the position include: • 5+ years of stable work experience with the same employer or in similar roles., • Strong organizational skills with exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-through. Priority!, • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Ability to present findings, research results, and reports clearly in written, oral, and graphic forms., • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate professionally with internal and external holders., • Ability to handle shifting priorities, difficult situations, and sensitive conversations with professionalism., • Experience in real estate or property management accounting preferred but not required. Pay Rate Range: $50,000-55,000 annually Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
