Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage the complete accounting cycle and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. This role is responsible for performing all day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, month-end and year-end closing, payroll, and financial reporting with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Daily Accounting & Bookkeeping • Manage all aspects of the general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments, • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely payments, • Maintain vendor and customer records, • Prepare and process biweekly payroll, • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, • Prepare 1099s and assist with W-2 processing, • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, • Maintain accurate balance sheet and income statement records, • Monitor cash flow and provide insights and recommendations to management, • Maintain organized financial files and documentation, • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets -SALARY RANGE: $30.00-35.00/hour • Healthcare Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision 100% paid for the employee, • Other Insurance: Long Term Disability, • Retirement Plan: 401k with employer match, • PTO: 1 week paid time off and paid holidays Qualifications • 3–5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping or accounting experience, • Strong understanding of GAAP and full-cycle accounting, • Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop or Online), Excel, and other accounting systems, • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information, • Excellent communication and time-management skills, • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
