Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial records, timely invoicing and collections, and compliant payroll administration. This is a full-time, onsite job. Key Responsibilities • Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, cash application, payment posting, and follow-up on outstanding balances, • Process a small, outsourced payroll accurately and on schedule, including hours review, deductions, and payroll reporting, • Maintain employee payroll records and support payroll-related audits or inquiries, • Assist with reconciliations, • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with company policiesQualifications, • 3+ years of recent experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related role, • Hands-on experience with accounts receivable and payroll processing, • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP, Paychex, or similar systems), • Proficient in Microsoft Excel Pay Details: $26.00 to $31.00 per hour Search managed by: Kelly Martin Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
