Job DescriptionBookkeeper/Accountant |Las Vegas, NV (On-Site)Pay: $25–$33 per hour | Contract | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMWe’re partnering with a well-established company in Las Vegas, NV, seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting operations in a dynamic office environment. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional looking for stability and a collaborative team! Position Overview:As the Bookkeeper, you’ll be responsible for handling full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), billing, and payroll processing. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and proficient in Microsoft Excel. Key Responsibilities: • Manage full-cycle AP and AR, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer collections, • Prepare and process billing and invoicing, • Process weekly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions, • Perform account reconciliations, jounal entries and financial reporting (P&L and COGS), • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, • Utilize Excel spreadsheets for reporting, reconciliations, and data management, • Support month-end and year-end closing processesQualifications:, • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with full-cycle AP, AR, and payroll, • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, ADP, Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables a plus), • Knowledge of accounting principles and best practices, • High attention to detail and accuracy, • Strong organizational and communication skills, • Ability to work on-site Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pay Details: $25.00 to $33.00 per hour Search managed by: Desiree Salazar Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
