This role handles accounts payable, payroll support, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management while also overseeing day-to-day administrative operations including payroll processing, employee onboarding, HR compliance, and benefits administration. Essential Functions: · Process all accounts payable for each restaurant location and management company using QuickBooks. · Process payroll, including payroll deductions, on bi-monthly basis using QuickBooks. o Accurately track PTO and sick time deductions o Coordinate payroll changes including raises, deductions, and bonuses o Administer Family Cares Act claims, Unemployment claims, and 940/941 forms for IRS · Administer essential HR functions including employee activation, workers comp, and benefits administration. · Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the general ledger for each location. · Manage, maintain, and reconcile company bank accounts in a professional manner to ensure that liabilities are paid on time. • Prepare journal entries and ensure accuracy of financial data., • Provide required financial information to the external CPA promptly and professionally., • Collaborate with vendors to resolve accounting or billing issues.
