Job DescriptionBenefits: • 401(k), • 401(k) matching, • Flexible schedule, • Paid time off, • Competitive Compensation, • Paid Time Off, • 401(k) and 401(k) match Responsibilities • Enter and update financial transactions in accounting software, • Maintain accurate ledgers, journals, and supporting documentation, • Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, • Prepare basic financial reports, summaries, and spreadsheets, • Provide general administrative support to the accounting teamQualifications, • High school diploma or equivalent, • Previous experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar position, • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), • Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems, • Strong mathematical and analytical skills, • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
