Job Description Job Responsibilities: • Update excel spreadsheets weekly and print checks, • Run weekly payroll, run prevailing wage and file, • Create and maintain project folders and file, • Verify all invoices to PO's and receipts., • Keep and maintain all fleet records., • Interact with all vendors and other departments to coordinate as business needs require., • Invoice customers at the beginning of the month and mail them out. Confirming, reviewing, and following up with and for payments, • Generate and distribute invoices., • Monitor customer accounts for timely payments. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required, • Associated Degree in Accounting or relevant field preferred, • Minimum 1 year experience, • Experience billing, Lein releases, property taxes, 1099s, • Knowledge in DIR eCertification and prevailing wage regulations, • Outstanding attention to detail in data entry and other administrative duties, • Customer service centric and strong interpersonal communication skills, • Paychex or ADP and Supply Pro experience, • Construction Liens, • Intermediate skills in MS Office and IT, • Quickbooks - 1 year Experience Required
