Job Details Job Details: We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-qualified Estate Planning Attorney to join our prestigious legal team. This role is designed for a seasoned professional with expertise in estate planning, tax law, and trusts. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional service to clients, demonstrating the ability to handle complex estate planning matters, and providing guidance and counsel on tax implications. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to work on a variety of challenging legal issues and to contribute to our firm's continued growth and success. Responsibilities: 1. Provide comprehensive estate planning services to clients, including drafting and implementing wills, powers of attorney, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, and other estate planning instruments., 2. Advise clients on gift tax, estate tax, and other tax-related issues, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws., 3. Manage all aspects of probate and trust administration, including court filings, asset distributions, and tax filings., 4. Collaborate with accountants, financial advisors, and other professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans that meet clients' financial and personal goals., 5. Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in estate planning and tax laws to provide the most current and effective advice to clients., 6. Represent clients in probate court proceedings, if necessary., 7. Participate in client development and networking activities to grow the firm's estate planning practice. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school., 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, with a focus on wills, trusts, power of attorney, gift tax, and estate tax., 3. Current license to practice law in the state., 4. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills., 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail., 6. Proficiency in legal research and the ability to interpret complex legal documents., 7. Demonstrated ability to handle a high caseload and juggle multiple priorities and deadlines., 8. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner., 9. Strong commitment to ethics and client confidentiality., 10. A proven track record of success in estate planning, demonstrating the ability to develop and implement comprehensive estate plans that meet clients' needs and goals., 11.
