Job Description This position reports on-site. Summary: This position is responsible for delivering superior client service and proactively selling bank products/services that meet prospect/client needs. The position requires a thorough understanding of various client needs, and transactions, effective communication skills and the ability to sell/cross-sell/refer all bank products and services. Responsible for risk management, establishing new relationships, opening new accounts, and providing financial transactions in a professional, efficient, friendly, and accurate manner. Duties and Responsibilities: • Employee is responsible for adherence to all compliance programs and the completion of all required and assigned training by established due dates, • Employee is responsible for understanding their duties and responsibilities as it relates to the Bank Secrecy Act, (“BSA”), Anti-Money Laundering Act (“AML”), and Office of Foreign Assets Control Regulations (“OFAC”). This includes understanding any responsibilities outlined under the Bank’s BSA/ OFAC Program, participating in any required training, and promptly complying with all reporting requirements, • Working knowledge and understanding of all bank products and services, • Support the achievement of branch sales goals and objectives (i.e., deposits, loans, referrals, etc.), • Generate new business to assist in meeting established production and profitability goals of the branch, • Needs-Based Selling: Proactively promotes, cross-sells, and refers products and services as appropriate to meet our client’s financial needs, • Prepare and compile new account applications and required information to open new accounts for both business and consumer prospects/clients, • Refers client opportunities to internal and external sales partners to meet client financial needs, • Provides ongoing relationship servicing with existing clients, • Exceeds client expectations in terms of accuracy, efficiency, courtesy, and professionalism, • Responds to clients’ inquiries and requests regarding accounts, • Works closely with the branch manager in the proactive sales efforts of the branch. i.e., telemarketing, outside prospect client appointments, appointment follow-up, etc., • Process routine to complex client transactions. i.e., deposits, transfers, wires, check cashing, etc., • Notary Commission - serve as one of the branch team Notaries, • Regular and consistent attendance required Geographic Location: Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Due to its active growth in key markets across the U.S. we have been asked to exclusively identify candidates in the Los Angeles metro market. Our client is seeking a Senior Advisor/ Banker who leads with investments. • Manage, develop and retain full-service relationships with both UHNW & HNW clients., • Must have strong COI’s and or an established book of clients within the Los Angeles metro market and be able to self source., • Work within a business model that strengthens collaborations between internal departments, teams and specialists to maximize cross-selling opportunities., • Provide integrated financial services advice to these clients including banking, credit, asset management, and trust and estate planning., • Work collaboratively and proactively with branches and regional teams to identify and generate referrals., • Proactively develop internal and external networks for referral sources that generate prospects and create visibility in the marketplace., • Provide financial advice and counsel to clients and prospective clients regarding trends and conditions of the business environment and general banking trends., • Actively participate in community and business functions/groups., • Possess a self-motivated, highly driven, and entrepreneurial personality. Required Experience: • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years' experience in the wealth management industry as either a Financial Advisor, Private Banker, or Relationship Manager with proven track record of generating an AUM exceeding 100M USD or T-12 of at least 350K USD., • Must have Series 7 and 66 or equivalent as well as insurance licenses for Life, Health, and Variable products, • Compensation will be tailored to the individual
