POSITION SCOPE: Develops budgets and estimates for multifamily and commercial projects through the review of architectural drawings and specifications. Collaborates with the owners, developers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to obtain clarity on the parameters of the project and intent for the overall Scope of Work.
