Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Strength and Conditioning Coach at AP2T. The Strength and Conditioning Coach will be responsible for conducting day-to-day training sessions for athletes, focusing on sports science, strength and conditioning, athletic performance, injury prevention, and strength training. The coach will work closely with athletes to improve their strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, power, and overall athletic performance. This position is heavily focused on weight room specific training Schedule: 3pm-8pm Monday through Friday In addition to the weekday schedule there is an opportunity to earn additional income during the weekend through private and group weight training sessions Qualifications Sports Science and Athletic Performance knowledge Strong background in Strength & Conditioning Experience in designing and implementing injury prevention strategies Expertise in strength training techniques Knowledge of sports-specific training regimens Effective communication and motivational skills Ability to work well with athletes of all skill levels Certifications in Strength and Conditioning or related field Experience as a competitive athlete is a plus
