Position Summary Aeon is looking for an experienced Property Manager to lead daily operations at Blooming Meadows South, a 306-unit affordable housing community in Bloomington, MN. The Senior Property Manager is responsible for making sure the property runs smoothly. This includes supporting staff, managing finances, maintaining the building, and making sure we meet all affordable housing requirements. This role is also key in creating a welcoming and respectful environment for residents and guests. The Senior Property Manager reports to the Portfolio Director.
