Job Description SUMMARY • Partner across commercial, finance, service, supply chain, IT, and leadership teams to streamline how business data is created, governed, and used for decisions., • Build simple, reliable tools and dashboards that make complex data easy to access—enabling faster, data-informed decisions., • Own commercial reporting rhythms: standard monthly packages for management and field teams, plus deep-dive analyses on trends, performance, and opportunities., • Support enterprise systems (CRM, BI, ERP data modules) with training, documentation, and user enablement to improve adoption and data quality., • What’s in it for you: a visible role influencing go-to-market execution, broad cross-functional exposure, and the chance to shape processes and tools used daily by sales and leadership. RESPONSIBILITIES • Design methods and processes to monitor core commercial metrics: turnover, forecast accuracy, resource utilization, installed base evolution, market share, and efficiency opportunities., • Administer and optimize the CRM system: build and QA reports tracking instruments, reagents, pipeline, opportunities, and performance trends., • Develop and maintain operational metrics such as revenue, contract coverage, installed base, go-live dates, instrument and reagent sales, warranties, and KPIs., • Synthesize results and translate insights into clear business recommendations to improve direction, focus, and efficiency., • Create training materials and host enablement sessions on enterprise tools (CRM, BI, analytics) to drive effective usage., • Maintain data integrity: ensure account hierarchy alignment and manage territory assignments to keep routing and reporting accurate., • Identify process bottlenecks and design simplified, efficient alternatives., • Collaborate with commercial leadership to propose system and process enhancements., • Serve as a subject-matter expert on ERP data modules and their integration into reporting tools., • Deliver routine and ad-hoc reports, documenting conclusions and tracking business improvements., • Support cross-functional projects involving finance, services, IT, supply chain, and leadership. QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree required; 2–3 years of experience in data analytics, revenue operations, or related commercial functions., • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office., • Experience with CRM systems and familiarity with BI and ERP platforms preferred., • Strong analytical ability, understanding of probability, statistics, market share, ROI, and financial ratios., • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to derive insights from incomplete data., • Clear communicator, able to present findings to management and cross-functional teams., • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently., • Willingness to travel up to approximately 10%.
