Were Looking for an A Player The Lead Implementation Project Manager is responsible for owning Tractor Zooms implementation strategy, leading our Implementation team, and ensuring every new customer onboarding sets the foundation for long-term success and expansion. This role sits at the intersection of sales, customer success, product, and deliveryoverseeing project planning, environment configuration, custom development intake, stakeholder communication, and high-quality execution. You will partner with professional services to build and mature our implementation practice, serve as an escalation point for strategic accounts, and drive continuous improvement in how we onboard, drive product adoption, and serve our customers at scale. Key Responsibilities: Customer Onboarding & Project Delivery • Own end-to-end delivery of onboarding projectsfrom kickoff through go-live., • Drive continuous improvement of the onboarding process for Tractor Zoom to streamline time to value, establish clear expectations, and ensure clear communication., • Oversee environment configuration and coordination of internal resources (Implementation, Professional Services, R&D, Customer Success) to ensure smooth and accurate delivery., • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and with high quality, driving early adoption and measurable value for customers., • Partner closely with Customer Success and Sales to ensure expectations are aligned, risks are surfaced early, and customers remain confident in the partnership., • Lead, mentor, and develop the Implementation team, providing coaching, clear expectations, and growth paths., • Define and continuously improve the implementation methodology, playbooks, templates, SLAs, and best practices for Tractor Zoom implementations., • Set and track team-level KPIs (e.g., time-to-value, product adoption, on-time launch rate, customer satisfaction, implementation margin, scope accuracy)., • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and proactive communication across the implementation function., • Oversee intake, qualification, and scoping of custom development and integration requests., • Define requirements and develop project plans and timelines, ensuring clear understanding across all stakeholders., • Collaborate with Professional Services and R&D teams to estimate effort and align on requirements and priorities., • Ensure clear documentation, approved scope, and successful delivery of custom work that complements core Tractor Zoom offerings., • Monitor effort vs. estimate and protect implementation margins through disciplined change management., • Other tasks as assigned. Requirements: • 5-7+ years of experience in project management, implementation management, or professional services delivery, including:, • Experience leading complex SaaS or platform implementations with multiple stakeholders., • Experience in a people leadership role (formally or informally leading project/implementation teams)., • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience considered., • Proven track record of:, • Delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and within scope., • Leading structured implementations for B2B SaaS or Salesforce-based solutions., • Managing executive-level stakeholders and navigating competing priorities., • Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycles, change management, and customer onboarding best practices., • Experience with Salesforce implementations or integrations; Salesforce certifications highly preferred., • Experience in a Business Analyst role or similar role., • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, waterfall/hybrid, RAID logs, risk management, etc.)., • PMP, CSM, Six Sigma, or comparable project/implementation certifications are a plus., • Experience in data mapping, integrations, or reporting/analytics is a plus., • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with a strong customer-centric mindset., • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes.
