Salary: Commensurate with experience Responsibilities: SANCORP is seeking a Staff Officer SME IV to provide Administrative, Policy, Operations, and Analytic Support Services in direct support to Programs, Resources, and Enterprise Management activities within the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Intelligence and Security (OUSW(I&S)). The following are examples of responsibilities: • Provide the following infrastructure and architecture support to the Infrastructure Architecture and Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination Directorate., • Provide expert technical and direct support for problem definition, analysis outcomes, requirements development, and implementation of complex intelligence architecture projects and programs., • Provide recommendations on wide-ranging topics for leadership consideration to include those of a technical nature to support the oversight and management of a broad spectrum of complex Defense Intelligence architecture programs and activities., • Assist with the planning, directing, and coordinating the development of technical strategies, policies, directives, issuances, and/or associated, related materials for issues that require short notice information and decision support requirements for DoW senior leaders., • Gather, synthesize, review and/or prepare background, information and read ahead materials for issues and engagements regarding intelligence architecture policies, programs, and activities., • Coordinate, convene, and facilitate meetings, working groups, and/or other related fora by preparing and disseminating agenda and read-ahead material, attendee rosters, and meeting minutes., • Support Government-lead and identified production (to include analyses, assessments, reporting, production, and/or briefings) of intelligence infrastructure issues, enabling data-informed oversight and decision support for senior DoW and Executive Branch officials, and Congressional Staff members., • Analyze and evaluate large data sets to view trends, identify anomalies, inform assertions and conclusions, and provide data-informed assessments, reporting, oversight, and decision-making in support of intelligence architecture issues., • Provide technical advice, guidance, and direction for the improvement, modification, and re-engineering of business processes, and policies and procedures for intelligence architecture issues under consideration or review., • Apply principles, methods, and knowledge of intelligence infrastructure to specific task orders/programs supporting information technology and program management., • Develop staff packages and integrates intelligence architecture efforts within DoW and across the IC and War Community, analysis of intelligence related activities against the National War Strategy and the priorities of the Secretary of War and Undersecretary of War for Intelligence and Security as appropriate., • Provide PED subject matter expertise and direct counsel to senior-level leadership on intelligence and security based programmatic issues to include policy, strategy, operations, security, funding, resources, and requirements., • Provide oversight, management, and support to a broad spectrum of complex defense and military intelligence PED programs and capabilities., • Support OUSW(I&S) with the enterprise-level prioritization, tracking, de-confliction, and otherwise overall alignment of Combatant Command (CCMD), Military Service, Combat Support Agency, foreign partner nation, the IC, and other entities in the acquisition synchronization and requirements identification for infrastructure related systems, programs, and capabilities., • Provide resource analyses and reporting to support detailed assessments as to the effectiveness and overall impact of the Department's program management decisions/budget execution for IPED portfolio programs, systems, and capabilities., • Provide strategic guidance to support OUSW(I&S) interaction with Congress including assisting in the drafting of testimony, drafting of responses to congressionally directed actions and requests for information, and the drafting appeals and reclamas to related Congressional oversight and management related actions., • Perform functional reviews; conducts research and analyses; drafts formal positions; reviews and analyzes documents; prepares briefings, talking points, information and position paper, memoranda, letters, and other artifacts and deliverables for issues and engagements regarding enterprise-level, intelligence and non-intelligence related IT and PED programs, systems, and capabilities., • Represent USW(I&S) positions and equities in all DoW, IC, and international policy, strategy, operations, governance, programming efforts, and other efforts as applicable., • Support the development, review, and revision of strategy and policy direction for the coordination, assessment, reporting, and conduct of enterprise-level, intelligence, and non-intelligence related IT, ISR, and PED, and activities.
