SUMMARY The Member Services Coordinator plays a key role in strengthening the cooperative’s governance, ensuring its long-term perpetuation, and fostering an engaged and informed membership. This position is responsible for connecting with and educating members about cooperative principles, governance structures, and opportunities for active participation. In addition to governance responsibilities, the Member Services Coordinator facilitates community engagement through the planning, procurement, and execution of activities and events that align with the cooperative’s mission and values. This is done in collaboration with the Community Activities Committee (CAC), community groups, and management to build a strong and vibrant cooperative culture.
